1.1 User Accounts: LoveInc requires users to create accounts to access its features. You must provide accurate and up-to-date information during the registration process. User accounts are protected with Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA) to enhance security.

1.2 Personal Information: LoveInc collects your email address and phone number for account creation and verification purposes. Additionally, device information may be collected for bug tracking. We do not share this data with third parties.

2. User Responsibilities

2.1 Community Guidelines: Users are expected to adhere to our community guidelines. Keep messages clean and helpful. Hateful or harmful speech is not allowed. Content that violates these guidelines may be monitored and removed if reported for abuse.

3. In-App Purchases

3.1 Additional Relationship Management: LoveInc offers an in-app purchase that allows users to manage more than one relationship within the app. Details of in-app purchases are provided within the app.

4. Termination of User Accounts

4.1 Termination: IYNS Love LLC reserves the right to terminate or suspend a user's account at its discretion, especially in cases where users do not follow the rules outlined in these terms.

5. Intellectual Property

5.1 Intellectual Property Rights: All intellectual property rights related to LoveInc, including copyrights, trademarks, and other proprietary rights, are owned by IYNS Love LLC.

6. Dispute Resolution

6.1 Arbitration: Any disputes or claims arising out of or in connection with LoveInc will be resolved through arbitration in the state of Pennsylvania at the expense of the complainant.
